山棕纤维的回弹性能研究

摘    要:采用弯曲、定负荷拉伸和定伸长反复拉伸方法,对山棕纤维进行回弹性测试,分析研究其弯曲和拉伸回弹性。结果表明:增加作用时间和负荷都将降低山棕纤维的回弹性,回复时间的延长有助于回弹率提高;山棕纤维的弯曲回弹率在回复时间的前5 min增加较快,之后趋于缓慢,弯曲缓弹性形变完全回复需要较长时间,弯曲时间对于弯曲回弹率的影响大于负荷的影响;定负荷回弹率随负荷增加基本呈现线性下降,而随拉伸时间延长下降的趋势由缓变急;随着循环拉伸进行,定伸长回弹率下降速度由大变小,最终拉伸次数不再明显影响回弹率。

Abstract:The resilience properties of mountain palm fiber were tested by the measurement methods including the bending,the constant load stretching and the specified elongation repeated stretching.The flexural resilience and tensile resilience of the fiber were also analyzed and studied.Experiment results showed that increasing time and load would reduce the resilience of mountain palm fiber,and extending the response time could improve the rebound rate.The flexural rebound rate of mountain palm fiber increased quickly in the first 5 min,and it increased slowly later.Recovering completely of the flexural slow elastic deformation needed a long time.The influence of bending time on the flexural rebound rate was greater than load.The constant load rebound rate showed linear decline with the load increasing,and the downward trend was from slow to fast with the tensile time extending.Along with the cyclic stretching,the drop speed of the specified elongation rebound rate turned smaller,finally the influence of stretching time on resilient rate was not obvious.
