| 摘 要： | 针对放射性废物库可能存在的安全隐患,设计了一种以特种计算机为核心的安全监控与管理系统。它具有火警探测、核辐射监测、视频监控与射频管理的功能。论文给出了系统的总体构成,描述了该系统的工作原理与硬件、软件设计。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the possible hidden troubles of the radwaste depository,the paper designes a safety surveillance system based on a industry control computer.This soft and hardware system includes fire exploration,radiation detection,video monitoring and wireless IC management.The paper brings out the system components,and describes the work theory,soft and hardware frame. |
