数控铣齿机床传动系统固有特性及灵敏度的分析

摘    要:以数控铣齿机床传动系统为研究对象,根据隔离体分析法建立了多自由度振动模型。采用集中质量法处理系统转动惯量矩阵与刚度矩阵,基于矩阵迭代法利用MATLAB软件编写程序求得系统的固有频率和主振型,采用灵敏度的方法对传动系统各构件进行了动态分析。

Abstract:Based on the free body analysis,the NC gear milling machine is taken as the research object to establish mode of multi-freedom vibration system. The moment of inertia matrix and rigidity matrix are deal with the method of qualitative investigation. The inherent frequency and main vibration matrix have been gained with iterative algorithm by the software of Matlab,uses the method of sensitivity analysis to analyze the dynamic property of system.
