高精密自动绝热量热计的实验数据处理方法的分析与研究

摘    要:本文在90K~290K温区,利用本院的自动绝热量热系统对标准样品α-Al2O3 进行了量热实验,对实验数据处理的各种方法进行分析、比较,并与NIST公布的比热值进行了对比。本文改进了以往的数据处理方法,将实容器和空容器多组实验数据综合在一起拟合,改进的方法拟合精度与以前方法的一致,但比原有方法使用简便。

Abstract:This paper reports the specific heat of standard sample a - Al2O3 was measured from 90 K to 290 K with the automatic adiabatic calorimeter in National Institute of Metrology, and the analysis and comparison was made to the methods of data processing of experiment result, and the experiment results was compared with the data of NIST indicated that the newly developed calorimeter. In this paper, the improved data processing method utilized all experiment data of sample container and empty sample container to fit curve. The curve fitting precision of this method was consistent with former method, but this method was much convenient.
