| 摘 要： | 论述了碳酸钡碳化过程的化学变化。三塔串联碳化时，集中导入二氧化碳气体，降低了后两塔的过饱和状态，也降低了晶核成长的推动力，这样，出现大批有缺陷的结晶，造成产品品质低下。分散导入二氧化碳气体，给晶核成长以良好的条件和环境，能有效地提高产品品质。

| Abstract: | The chemical changes in the carbonation process of BaCO3 are described, in which the carbonation process is carried out with 3 series tower. When the CO2 gases are passed into the tower centrally,the supersaturated state will be decreased in the first and the end towers, and also the driving force of crystal nucleus growth is decreased,thus the poor quality of the product will be caused by a large amount of defected crystal formed. While the CO2 gases are passed into the tower uneentrally,the favorable conditons and environment for the crystal nucleus growth will be provided, so the quality of the product can be improved effectivelv. |
