电力用油存在的问题及净化

摘    要:阐述了电力用油(主要指汽轮机油、变压器油和EH系统中的磷酸酯抗燃油)在使用过程中存在气体、水、固态杂质和酸值问题及造成的危害,建议采用油净化装置对电力用油进行净化.要求采用的油净化装置应具备在线连续运行的能力、合适的出油量和一次脱水率,以及应有运行可靠性和保护功能.

Abstract:The paper discussed some contamination problems of oil and their harm, such as including steam, water, solid inclusion and improper acidity, which is used for electric power system, namely, used for turbine, transformer and electro - hydraulic control system, and suggested that the oil be purified by oil - decontamination device, which can continuously operate on line and ensure that the output of oil purified should be enough, the primary de - watering ratio should be qualified, meanwhile, should have a protection function and operation steadily.
