| 摘 要： | 石油工程项目部的QHSE管理有四个特点即管理的时效性、针对性、可操作性和系统性。项目部QHSE管理体系针对具体项目的实施制定，是总部QHSE管理体的延伸并受总部管理体系监控，同时接受业主的监督管理。项目部建立QHSE管理体系应注意将QHSE管理体系和项目管理过程相结合；将业主、总部或同类型项目部的管理经验与本项目部QHSE管理制度相结合；将QHSE体系的建立与员工培训相结合。

| Abstract: | Effectiveness,aim,operation and system are characteristic of the QHSE management system in petroleum projects.The QHSE management system in petroleum projects is formulated aiming at specific project implementation.The system,an extension for the QHSE management system of headquarters,is inspected and managed by owners.When establishing the QHSE management system,a project department must pay attention to the integration of the system and project management process,the integration of the management experience from owners,headquarters as well as the same sort of project departments and its own QHSE management system,and the integration of the system establishment and employees' training. |
