| 摘 要： | 对LCJ1250链条抽油机的静力学分析与计算表明,由于轨迹链条承受侧向弯曲作用而早期失效,造成抽油机可靠性低。建议改进链条抽油机往返系统的结构设计,消除或减少轨迹链条的侧向弯曲,以提高抽油机的使用寿命。

| Abstract: | Static analysis of Model LCJ1250 chain pumping unit indicates that the rather low reliability of the unit is due to the premature failure of the path chain caused by the action of lateral bending.So the design of the reciprocating system of the unit should be improved with the view of eliminating or reducing the lateral bending of the path chain. |
