葡聚糖纳凝胶的水相合成及环境敏感性研究

摘    要:在水相体系中进行葡聚糖与环氧氯丙烷的交联反应,FT-IR、TEM和SLS测试表明,制备出的葡聚糖粒子为醚键交联的、粒径数百纳米的窄粒径分布球形纳凝胶。SLS测试表明,凝胶粒子的粒径随葡聚糖浓度增大而增大,质量浓度为1.25 g/L、4.50 g/L、10.0 g/L的葡聚糖所制备的凝胶粒子平均粒径分别为119.5 nm3、54.0 nm1、526.8 nm;此外,借助DSC、RI和UV-Vis等测试研究了葡聚糖纳凝胶的相转变行为,结果表明,升温促使纳凝胶先收缩后溶胀;pH值升高引起纳凝胶亲水性下降,粒子收缩。

Abstract:Dextran nanogels were synthesized by dextran cross-linked with epichlorohydrin in aqueous solution.FT-IR,TEM and SLS figures show the nanogels are monodisperse spheroidal particles cross-linked by ether-bonds.The diameter of the particles increases with the increase of the dextran mass concentration,which mean diameter is 119.5 nm,354.0 nm,and 1526.8 nm respectively as the dextran concentration is 1.25 g/L,4.50 g/L,and 10.0g/L.Phase transfer behavior of dextran nanogels were studied by DSC,RI and UV-vis.It′s showed the increase of temperature results in nanogels from shrinkage to swelling,meanwhile,the increase of pH value is responsible for decreasing of the nanogels hydrophilicity,which leads to the shrinking of the nanoparticles.
