| Abstract: | Noticing the long-life requirement of the protective coatings used for some typical engineering machines, the processes and properties of the relevant coatings were analyzed with respect to the type, quality, and thickness of the paints, and the characteristics of the pretreatment and varnishing processes. The tactics to realize outdoor long-term protection of the heavy machines using proper coatings were suggested as well with respect to the practices in coating engineering. |
