| 摘 要： | 介绍了部分化工产品产能严重过剩的情况,根据在建和拟建项目情况,预测至2015年也不会得到有效遏制;并且需要防止向新兴产业内的中低档化工产品扩张。探讨了消除产能过剩的一些建议,包括运用市场机制,切实落实宏观调控政策,认真做好项目的可行性研究和增强自主创新能力等,以期提高化学工业发展的质量和效益。

| Abstract: | The surplus production situation of partial chemical products are introduced, base on project under construction and to be constructed in the plan, forcast to 2015 it will not be effectively eliminate also need to prevent the expansion into middle/low grade chemical of emerging industry. Discass some suggestion to eliminote serious surplus production, including the using of market mechachaisms, implementing macro -control policies, making a conscientious feasibility study, improving the independent innovation ability. |
