摘    要:基于中性点经小电阻接地方式具有快速切除故障、过电压水平低等优点,文章通过人为模拟变电站出线单相接地故障试验,研究中性点小电阻系统接地故障时的瞬时过电压、跨步电位等关键问题。

Abstract:The neutral grounding via low resistance is widely used with advantage of rapid removal of faults and low voltage level. Through the single-phase ground fault simulation test of substation outlet, the key problems of step voltage and instantaneous overvaltage in single phase ground fault of the low resistance neutral groundings system are researched in this paper.
