水泥基大掺量粉煤灰、氟石膏干粉抹面砂浆的研制

摘    要:用水泥、粉煤灰和氟石膏配制的胶凝材料(CBFF),干粉抹面砂浆具有体积安定性好、水硬性和干缩小的特点。随甲基纤维素醚掺量的增加,该砂浆的沉入量先增加后减小,保水性不断变好。在该砂浆中单独加入木质纤维素,随掺量的增加,砂浆和易性不受影响,但砂浆的强度缓慢减小。

Abstract:In this paper, the binder (CBFF binder) was prepared with cement, fly ash and fluorogypsum. CBFF binder is characteristic of good soundness, hydraulic material, and low dry shrinkage. With the increase of the blending volume of methylcellulose, the sinkage of CBFF mortar increases and then decreases, but its water-containing capacity becomes more and more good. With the increase of the blending volume of lignocellulose singly added into CBFF mortar, the workability of CBFF mortar keeps unchanged,but the its strength slowly decreases.
