宽频带高降噪性复合构造木质吸声板工艺设计

摘    要:通过双层蜂窝板和面穿孔装饰纤维板的组合,制备出具有宽频域和高吸声性能的复合构造木质吸声板,对其进行正交试验.结果表明:对复合构造木质吸声板吸声性能有显著影响的结构因素为后层蜂窝夹芯深度和前层蜂窝夹芯深度,而面板的穿孔直径和穿孔率影响不显著.较佳工艺参数下复合构造木质吸声板的降噪系数为60.17%,在250,500,1000,2000 Hz的吸声率分别达到24%,60%,70%,90%;与穿孔板和单层蜂窝夹芯板相比,其吸声频带范围明显增大,吸声性能显著提高.

Abstract:By combining the double layer honeycomb core with the perforated medium density fiberboard(MDF) facing sheet, a new type of wooden acoustic board is presented and it demonstrates an improved sound absorption performance across full frequency range. With the standing wave tube test, the orthogonal test revealed that the key influential structural parameters on sound absorption performance are the thicknesses of first honeycomb core and second honeycomb core instead of the perforated rate and hole diameter on facing sheet. In terms of the optimal structural parameters, the noise reduction coefficient(NRC) can achieve 60.17%, and the sound absorption rate at 250, 500, 1 000 and 2 000 Hz reach 24%, 60%, 70% and 90% respectively, showing a remarkable improvements in both absorption intensity and the frequency range.
