空间反射镜支撑结构研究概述

摘    要:随着我国遥感卫星和空间光学的发展,星载遥感器的分辨率越来越高,光学系统的主反射镜口径越来越大,其结构形式、镜体质量、支撑安装方式和温度环境都将直接影响整个系统的成像质量。本文探讨了空间反射镜支撑结构的设计,着重解决反射镜自重引起的变形问题、反射镜和支撑结构线膨胀系数不同引起的应力及变形问题, 保证反射镜的冷却和温度均匀性,保证光学系统的像质始终满足设计要求和使用要求。

Abstract:With the development of remote sensing satellites and space optics, the resolution of space-borne remote sensors is becoming higher and higher and the diameter of main reflectors is becoming larger and larger. The structure type, weight, support installation and temperature environment of the space reflector will directly affect the performance of the whole optical system. In this paper, the design of supporting structures is discussed. The solutions to the deformation caused by mirror gravity and to the stress and deformation resulting from the different thermal expansion coefficients of the mirror and the support structure are emphasized, so as to ensure the cooling and temperature uniformity of the reflector and enable the image quality of the optical system to meet the design and application requirements.
