摘    要:介绍了一种基于PROFIBUS-DP现场总线协议的热电偶温度采集装置的设计。采用了一种新型热电偶温度信号测量采样芯片MAX6675,成功地解决了K型热电偶温度测量本身的非线性与冷端补偿问题,提高了测量精度。由于使用DP专用协议集成芯片SPC3,装置除具有信号采样、处理、分析、调节功能外,还具有数字通信、自校正、自诊断、自动报警功能。

Abstract:Design of an intelligent thermocouple temperature measurement instrument based on PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus is presented. By the application of thermocouple measurement chip MAX6675, the problem of the K-type thermocouple temperature measurement of the nonlinear and cold-junction compensation are successfully resolved, and the measuring precision was greatly enhanced. The instrument not only has the function of signal acquisition, processing, analysis and adjusting but also of digital communication, self-calibration, self-diagnostic, self- compensation, self-alarming due to the use of intelligent DP communication chip SPC3.
