120t转炉托圈与耳轴的强度分析

摘    要:转炉托圈的工作状态直接影响着转炉系统的运行性能。针对设计出的转炉托圈与耳轴的尺寸,采用第三强度理论和第四强度理论进行强度校核。根据托圈与耳轴的强度和刚度,判断托圈能否支撑120 t转炉,也为炼钢厂进行安全有效的生产提供了依据。

Abstract:The working condition of the converter ring directly impacts on the running performance of the converter system.Based on the size of the converter ring and trunnion,the intensity is checked by the third and fourth intensity theory.According to the intensity and stiffness of the converter ring and trunnion,whether the converter ring can support the 120t converter is determined,which also provides the basis for the safe and effective production for steel plant.
