上海中心大厦地下室翼墙性能分析

摘    要:为研究超高层建筑翼墙性能,首先依据有限元理论建立了基于桩筏基础和上部结构共同作用的整体三维有限元模型,分别比较了模型中设置翼墙和不设置翼墙两种情况下整体结构的周期、最大层间位移角、巨柱及核心筒等关键构件内力和差异变形。其次,为考虑混凝土长期荷载下开裂及徐变的影响,对地下室翼墙刚度进行适当折减,获得翼墙刚度折减前后结构性能的变化情况。在上述分析基础上,进一步考虑了基底桩弹簧约束和施工过程模拟等因素对翼墙、柱、核心筒等关键构件内力的影响。

Abstract:In order to assess the performance of fin wall,a three dimensional finite element model including both piles,raft mat and the superstructure was established.Two cases,including model with fin wall and model without fin wall,were considered,and the structural periods,story drift,internal forces of key members and differential deformation were obtained respectively.By considering the effect of concrete cracking and shrinkage,the performance of models with and without fin wall stiffness reduction was compared....
