高烈度区某高层建筑综合楼结构设计分析

摘    要:以抗震设防烈度为9度的某高层建筑结构为实例,基于结构构件间的线刚比概念,从结构计算分析和抗震延性措施两个方面,论述了构件之间的相对强弱关系。在抗震概念设计方面,延伸了强柱弱梁的含义,扩展了竖向构件强剪强弯以及剪力墙连梁弱连梁不弱、强连梁不强等结构概念。在结构设计分析阶段,应同时注重结构的整体控制与局部协调;强调协同工作是提高结构综合抗震能力的根本;即使结构在遭遇罕遇地震时发生破坏,此破坏也应是一个延性的塑化过程。

Abstract:A practical building structural analysis at 9 seismic district was presented.Based on linear rigidity ratio of structural members from seismic computational analysis and ductile details,the relative 'strong-and-weak' relationship among members was discussed.At the stage of conceptual seismic design,the connotations 'strong column and weak beam' and 'strong shear and strong bend' were extended.An idea of 'weak connecting beams not weak and strong not strong' was presented and realized by efficient energetic ...
