| 摘 要： | 医院设计需要满足特殊的功能及设备要求,因此在结构抗震设计时具有与其他类型建筑不同的特点。针对医院建筑的刚度突变、结构不规则等特点进行了抗震弹性及弹塑性分析,并结合不同的结构类型探讨了楼梯对结构的影响。总结了医院建筑在抗震设计中常见的问题及解决方案。

| Abstract: | The hospital structure design is different from other architectures because of the special function and equipment requirements.Elastic and inelastic analyses were provided to discuss the stiffness sudden change and the irregularity.The influences of stair on structures were compared with different types of structures.Summary of the problems in the seismic design and common solutions were provided for similar projects. |
