新型复合塔板在甲醇回收中的应用

摘    要:介绍了由新型复合塔板组成的精馏塔 ,采用直接蒸汽加热用于甲醇和水的分离 ,具有回收率高和操作费用低的优点。精馏塔及工艺改进后 ,塔顶产品甲醇含量在 98.5 %以上 ,塔釜废水中甲醇残留≤ 0 .3% ,甲醇回收率 99%以上 ,甲醇每小时回收量比改造前增加约 1 80kg,取得了明显的经济效益和环保效益。

Abstract:The rectifying column of new type clad tray was presented in this paper, Direct steam heating used for separating methanol and water had advantages of high yield and low operating cost. After improved the rectifying column and process, methanol content was over 98.5 % at the top of column. Methanol in waste water was no more than 0.3 % at the bottom of column .The yield of Methanol was over 99 %. Methanol recovery increased by 180kg per hour than before. Economic and environmental benefit was obviously obtained.
