摘    要:建立了考虑发电机禁止运转区和电力系统网络约束的经济负荷分配问题的数学模型,引入了GENOCOP遗传算法进行求解:初始种群由问题的可行解组成,遗传操作所产生的个体仍在约束条件定义的可行解空间内.采用直流潮流表示电力系统网络约束,将系统线路损耗处理成系统总负荷的线性函数,但在考虑禁止运转区时,问题的约束条件仍不能保持线性特性.定义机组在禁止运转区上的耗量特性是一个远大于机组正常耗量的常数,故在约束中不需考虑禁止运转区的影响,进而应用上述算法在含问题可行解空间的最小线性空间内寻优.算例分析表明,文中算法能有效求解具有复杂数学模型的经济负荷分配问题,提高了寻优效率与解的质量.

Abstract:To solve economic load dispatch with transmission constraints and prohibited operating zones (POZs), a genetic algorithm called GENOCOP is developed, in which the initial population is composed of feasible solutions of the problem and the individuals generated by genetic operation are still within the feasible solution space defined by constraint conditions. The transmission constraints are erpressed in the form of DC power flow equations and the network loss is regarded as the linear function of total loads of the system, but the linear characteristics of the problem's contraint conditions cannot be remained yet while the POZs are considred. The cost of the unit in POZs is assumed as a constant that is much higher than its normal cost, so in constraints the influence of POZs is not to be considered and then using above-mentioned algorithm the problem can be solved in the minmum linear space in which the original feasible solution space exists. The proposed approach is tested by two example systems, and the results show that it can effectively solve economic load distpatch problem possessing complex mathematical model and improve both search effeciency and quality of solution.
