稀土低合金耐磨钢焊条熔敷金属的组织和力学性能

摘    要:针对低合金耐磨钢在使用过程中的特点,开发研制了两种稀土低合金耐磨铸钢焊条,对添加稀土铈焊条的熔敷金属显微组织和性能进行了分析。结果表明,稀土的加入能够细化熔敷金属显微组织、提高熔敷金属的冲击韧度;在同等条件下,添加稀土铈焊条比添加稀土钇焊条的熔敷金属的耐磨性要好;稀土能够提高熔敷金属耐磨性缘于稀土在熔敷金属中的细化晶粒及促使第二相粒子的均匀分布作用。

Abstract:Aimed at the characteristics of low-alloy wear-resistance steel,two kinds of low alloy cast steel electrodes with RE were developed and the microstucture and mechanical property of deposited metal were analyzed.The results indicte that adding RE can improve the impact toughness of microstructure and refine grains under the same situation,the wear-resistance of electrode containing cerium is better than electrode containing yttrium,grain refine and dispersed particles of second phase in deposited metal are the main peason for improving wear resistance.
