摘    要:为了深入研究DSP在电动车领域的应用,设计了基于TMS320 DSP2407A的轮式驱动电动车控制系统,提出了全桥调制时的相电流检测方法、转子位置检测方法和轮式驱动的通信系统设计。控制系统采用一个CPU控制两个电机的简单易行模式,相电流检测实现单电流传感器检测三相相电流的新技术,转子位置检测通过DSP直接处理位置信号并软件优化获得准确的转子位置,通信系统采用CAN和RS232总线完成数据实时通讯。试验证明,通过合理设计各关键工作子系统,并在整车系统及平台上进行紧密串连,使电动车获得了卓越的整体工作性能。

Abstract:For further studying Digital Singnal Processor(DSP)on application of electric vehicle,a design for the control system of wheel-driven electric vehicle based on the TMS320 DSP2407A chip is proposed.This paper includes the phase current detection method on full-bridge modulation,rotor position detection method and wheel-driven communication system design.The control system is a simple and feasible model of one CPU to control two motors.The phase current detection is new technology of one current sensor to detect three phase current.The rotor position detection gains exact rotor position through DSP dealing with position signal directly and software optimizing.The communication system achieves data real-time message by CAN and RS232 bus.The experiment result proves that the EV has excellent whole working performance through designing key working subsystem in reason and connecting with inline tightly on whole system basis.
