| 摘 要： | 为提高混砂机液料供给系统的可靠性，进一步实现小型化、自动化，对采用气动控制方式的原有系统进行了改进，设计了新的液料阀，使液料供给能更方便地控制，对头、尾砂能更好地调节．同时彻底消除了操作人员误动作的可能性。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the reliability of mixer binder circuits, moreover make it miniaturization and automatization, the original pnenumatic control binder circuits was improved and new binder valves was designed. This makes it easy to control the supply of binders as well as first and terminal mixture, avoid the appearance of man-made wrong operation. |
