| 摘 要： | 随着塑料件的应用领域日益广泛及其美观要求的不断提高，塑料件的涂装质量逐渐成为影响整车油漆涂装质量的重要因素。本文探讨了车身塑料件涂装的三种方式：Online在线喷涂、Inline在线喷涂及Offline离线喷涂，以及此三种涂装方式对于塑料件材料、性能的要求和涂装工艺的不同要求。

| Abstract: | With the increasing precision demanding on the field and appearance, painting quality become very important factors-in overall painting. The paper points out three ways for painting plastic parts in car, e.g.Online painting, Inhne painting and Offline painting, and their different requirement for materials, property and technology. |
