摘    要:针对130 MW机组电泵电流抖动问题,进行了电泵调节特性试验,提出了基于热工控制优化的解决方法,分别采取调节特性曲线优化和控制信号优化两方面措施,通过调节系统试验确定了优化参数.机组运行实践证明,该方法效果明显,措施有效,提高了机组可靠性.

Abstract:Based on electric pump current fluncturatin of 130 MW Unit,this paper presents a solution based on thermal engineering control optimization after pump control characteristics test.It includes two measures: regulation characteristic curve optimization and control signal optimization.In addition,it determines the optimized parameters through electric pump control system test.Practice of unit has proved that this solution has obvious effect and improves the reliability of unit.
