裂缝性漏失的桥塞堵漏钻井液技术

摘    要:利用新研制的模拟裂缝封堵装置,开展了裂缝桥塞堵漏的实验研究,对比了不同形态裂缝的堵漏效果,分析了裂缝性漏失的桥塞堵漏规律.结果表明:新研制的裂缝堵漏实验装置有更好的模拟裂缝堵漏的能力,该装置模拟的裂缝具有较长的深度,实验完成后可以打开裂缝模块,观察堵漏材料在裂缝内的封堵位置和形态,探索桥接堵漏材料封堵裂缝的机理和规律;堵漏材料在裂缝“喉部”和“腰部”形成封堵段塞是堵漏成功的标志;裂缝的长度与裂缝壁面的粗糙度对堵漏效果有较大的影响.

Abstract:The new experimental apparatus was used to study the sealing of fractured loss with bridging LCM.Compared theplugging effect of different morphological fractures, the experimental results show that new apparatus can better simulatethe process of plugging in fractures, which the fracture module is long and it can be opened to observe the sealing effect of LCM after finished the experiment.The sign of successful sealing is that the bridging material is plugged in the throat andwaist of the fracture module, also the length and pimpling of fracture module have significant effect on sealing.
