| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种P波段1．3kW宽带发射机。该发射机采用第六代LDMOS场效应晶体管作为末级放大管，采用有耗网络设计功率管的输入、输出匹配电路，对漏极供电电源用于射频同步的脉冲进行调制，实现了高增益、宽带宽和高效率。该发射机结构紧凑，工作可靠。

| Abstract: | A P-band 1.3 kW broadband transmitter is introduced.With the 6th generation LDMOS FETs as final-stage amplifier tubes and the adoption of the lossy network to design the input and output matching circuit of power transistors,the transmitter features compact structure and reliable operation,making the pulse modulation of the leakage power supply to synchronize with RF pulses to implement high gain and efficiency as well as wide bandwidth. |
