系统可靠性分析与综合评定平台研究

摘    要:大型复杂系统的可靠性分析与综合评定一直是可靠性技术发展的重要研究方向之一.应用最新的可靠性分析理论、系统综合评定技术及采用混合语言编程,建立了基于Windows98以上版本的软件平台.平台系统由故障树分析、可靠性建模与自动评估、模型确认、单元评估、系统综合与评估、数据库及其管理系统共6个模块组成.对航天员系统装船产品的可靠性分析和系统综合评估应用表明,该系统可靠、实用,操作简单,维护方便,大大提高了评估效率和精度.该平台软件具有通用性,可望在更多领域推广使用.

Abstract:Reliability analysis and evaluation for large complicated systems is one of the most important investigation directions to promote reliability techniques at all times in recent years. In this paper, a software platform based on Windows 98 (or high version) has been established, using latest reliability analysis theorem, systems estimation techniques and complex language programming method. The platform system consists of six models, which are defined as fault tree analysis, reliability modelling and automatic evaluation, model affirmation, unit evaluation, system synthesis and evaluation, date bank and its manage system. This system has been applied to the manned space flight items of the astronaut system for reliability analysis and system synthesis evaluation. Applications indicate that the software system is credible and practical for using, simple in operation, convenient for maintenance, and can enormously improve the efficiency and precision of evaluation. This platform software can be provided with universal applicability and can be easily popularized to other evaluation systems.
