高压废热锅炉平底封头有限元分析设计

摘    要:针对某石化公司化肥厂高压立式水管式废热锅炉换热管频繁爆管和泄漏的问题,依据我国JB4732—95《钢制压力容器——分析设计标准》,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对高压废热锅炉的非标准件及开有人孔的平底封头进行分析设计,对其危险截面进行了应力分析设计和应力校核。将原厂的立式水管式废热锅炉改造为卧式火管式结构,解决了该厂一直存在的换热管爆管、泄露等问题,给企业带来了巨大的经济效益,为废热锅炉的改造设计提供了一定的参考。

Abstract:In a petrochemical companies fertilizer plant, the heat exchange tube of the vertical high pressure waste heat boiler was frequently explode and leak. In order to solve the problem, the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to design nonstandard parts, such as even cover according to Analytical Design Standards for Steel Pressure Vessels(JB4732--95). And the dangerous cross sections are analyzed and verified. The waste heat boiler possessing vertical water conduit type is rebuilt as horizontal fire tube structure, it solves some problems about heat exchange tube exploding and leaking. The method bring huge economics benefit, it offers the reference for designing and rebuilding the waste heat boiler.
