摘    要:SW-903生物破乳剂的主要作用成分是微生物胞体。实验室评价结果表明:生物破乳剂与现用的化学破乳剂相比,具有优良的破乳脱水性能,而且破乳后的油水界面清晰,脱出水中油的质量浓度低。在中国石油化工股份有限公司武汉分公司联合车间电脱盐装置上进行了工业应用试验,试验结果表明:SW-903生物破乳剂注量在质量分数为20~30μg/g,炼制轻质原油或轻质原油掺炼30%(质量分数)以下的仪长管输油时,脱后原油盐的质量分数小于3μg/g,脱后原油水的质量分数小于0.2%。同时证明该破乳剂适宜在现有电脱盐装置上使用。

Abstract:The main working component of SW -903 biological emulsion breaker is microorganism cells. The laboratory tests indicated that the biological emulsion breaker had excellent demulsification and dehydration performances. The oil water interface of demulsified oil was clear and oil in drainage water was low. The commercial experiment on the electric desalter in SINOPEC Wuhan Company showed that: when the emulsion breaker was injected at a dosage of 20-30 ppm into the light crude oil blended with 30 % of Yi-Chang Pipeline oil , the salt in desalter crude was lower than 30 ppm and the water in desalted crude was less than 0.2 %. The experiment proves that the biological emulsion breaker is good for operation of existing electric desalter.
