含过约束力偶的少自由度并联机构的受力分析

少自由度并联机构常常含有过约束,受力分析时就会出现静不定问题。对静不定机构进行受力分析时,为求出全部的未知量不仅要建立所有构件的力和力矩平衡方程,还要建立相应的补充方程。以含有过约束力偶的2次静不定的4-UPU并联机构为例进行受力分析。得到机构的自由度和位置反解。通过列出构件的力、力矩平衡方程和补充方程求解4-UPU并联机构处于某一位置姿态时的运动副约束反力以及与作用在机械上的已知外力和各构件的惯性力相平衡的主动力,并给出主动力和主运动副约束反力的一组数值计算结果。在分析时把运动平台与分支连接处的运动副拆开作为主运动副。首先,通过部分力和力矩平衡方程,以及补充方程确定主动力和主运动副的约束反力。然后,从上向下逐一考虑各构件的平衡,利用剩余的力、力矩平衡方程求解其他运动副的约束反力。即该方法在受力分析时能够实现部分力解耦。过约束分为过约束的力和过约束的力偶,该原理可以推广应用于其他的静不定并联机构,其中包括机构含过约束力的情况。
