U+K节流槽滑阀的数值模拟

摘    要:利用Solidworks建立U+K型节流槽滑阀的三维模型,通过Fluent软件仿真计算得出阀口前后压差恒定时各模型的压力分布和速度分布云图,根据所得流量值和稳态液动力值绘制了曲线。利用等效阀口面积原理理论计算了U+K型节流槽的过流面积及液动力,绘制了液动力曲线与仿真值进行了比较。

Abstract:Three-dimensional models of spool valve with U+K-type notches are established by Solidworks soft-ware.The pressure distribution and velocity distribution are calculated by Fluent software when pressure differential is constant.The curves of flow values and steady flow force are draw according to the calculate results.The theoretical flow force is calculated with the principle of equivalent orifice area, theoretical curve and simulation curve are compared.
