预应力锚网索耦合支护在深部软岩工程中的应用

摘    要:以某矿为工程背景,通过数值模拟方法,分析了预应力锚网喷、锚索耦合支护机理,确定了深部复杂条件下合理的锚网喷+锚索耦合支护结构,并优化了支护参数及施工过程。现场应用表明:该方案可充分保护巷道浅部围岩,调动深部岩体强度,充分发挥围岩的自承能力,有效控制巷道变形,支护效果明显。

Abstract:Take a coal mine for engineering background,based on numerical simulation method,the mechanics of bolt-mesh concreting and coupling support are analyzed,the reasonable structure of bolt-mesh concreting and anchor wire support under deep complex conditions is determind,as well as the optimization of the supporting parameter and construction process.Engineering practice results show that the scheme can protect road shallow surrounding rock,make use of the strength of the deep rock,give full play to the self-supporting capability of adjacent rock and control the roadway deformation effectively,and supporting effect is obvious.
