摘    要: 本文针对煤矿明渠流量的特点,介绍了一种新型的电磁式流量计的设计方法。采用了一种新型的与液体电导率无关的液位测量方法,同时利用传统有效的电磁感应原理来测量液体流速;数据传输采用了适用于远程抄表系统的M-BUS总线,并自行研制了主从机接收模块;采用了可编程低频矩形波励磁方式,使得流量计具有高精度、低功耗和智能化的特点。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of the flow for open channel in coal mining, this paper introduces the design method of a new type of electromagnetic flow meter. A new method of liquid level measurement is used, which is irrelevant with liquid conductivity. At the same time, a traditional and effective method is used to measure liquid flow speed, and this method is based on electromagnetic induction principle. M-BUS is adopted in data transmission, which is usually used for remote meter reading system. The master and slave interface circuits are designed and developed in this paper. Programmable electromagnetic excitation method low frequency rectangle wave is used. All of these make contribution for this kind of flow meter with high precision, low power consume and intelligent.
