摘    要:热电厂输灰管道结垢问题影响发电机组的正常运行。在线管道清洗器实现不停机除垢,避免传统酸洗对管道的腐蚀破坏和对环境的污染,同时大大降低了成本。物理清洗效率高,综合成本低。设计过程中应用三维CAD建模,利用有限元方法对关键部件校验分析,缩短了设计周期,提高了设计效率。

Abstract:The problem of the heat power house pipe encrustation filthiness influences the normal running of dynamotors seriouslyoOnline pipe scale cleanout machine can wash the encrustation without shutdown the dynamotor, avoid corrosion of the pipeline and pollution of the environment with traditional method, and lower the cost greatly. Physics method bring high efficiency and low cost. With the application of three-dimensional CAD modeling in the design process and usage of the finite element method in check- up analysis of key components the design cycle is shortened and design efficiency is improved.
