摘    要:济钢第二炼铁厂1^#高炉大修后炉腹以下全部采用铝碳砖砌筑,烘炉时铝碳砖砌体发生严重的氧化侵蚀,分析其原因是炉缸未加保护砖、风量和风压过高等。为此,采取了加砌保护砖、控制风温、限制风量、改进导气管等方法,保证了炉缸处于良好的工作状态。

Abstract:After heavy repair, the 1~# blast furnace bosh is built by Al-C brick at Jigang No.2 ironmaking plant, the body is oxidizing and corrading heavily during baking furnace, the reason is the hearth has no protective brick and the high air quantity and wind pressure. In order to keep the hearth in good working state, some measures are adopted such as added building protective brick, controlling air temperature, limiting wind quantity and improving windpipe etc.
