摘    要:以潮流计算结果和补偿理论为基础,提出了一套系统化的补偿算法来评价非计划停役对电网造成的影响,计算出电力公司应得的经济补偿。上海电网算例表明,该量化方法有效,确保了停役期间电网稳定运行。

Abstract:Based on the compensation theory and power flow calculation results,this paper proposes a series of systematic compensation methods to evaluate the influence of non-planned outage for power grid and economic compensation of power company is also obtained.Taking Shanghai power grid as an example,the simulation results show that the new method is effective and can assure power grid stability operation during the outage period.
