摘    要:在通用型对位芳纶的基础上进行热处理制备高模型对位芳纶。试验研究了通用型对位芳纶初始含水质量分数、热处理张力、热处理温度、热处理时间等对处理后纤维性能的影响,并深入分析了纤维取向、晶体结构与纤维模量的关系,得出了制备高模型对位芳纶的最佳热处理工艺条件。结果表明,通用型对位芳纶初始含水质量分数10%~30%,热处理张力1.8~3.1 cN/dtex,高温处理时间4.2 s,热处理温度≯500℃,可制得力学性能、取向度、晶体完美指数和晶粒直径与杜邦Kevlar-49相同的高模型对位芳纶。

Abstract:High modulus para-aramid has been prepared from heat treating on the ordinary type of para-aramid. The effects of initial moisture content, tension, heat treating temperature and heat treating time on the fibre's performance were studied. Furthermore, the relationships between fiber orientation and modulus, crystal structure and modulus were analysed. The optimum conditions of heat treating to prepare high modulus para-aramid were gained. The high modulus para-aramid with the same mechanical property, degree of orientation, the perfect exponent and diameter of crystal as Kevlar-49 can be obtained when the heat treating conditions were 10%-30% of initial moisture content, 1.8-3.1 cN/dtex of heat treating tension, 4.2 s of heat treating time, temperature under 500 ℃.
