| 摘 要： | 介绍了5种酵母菌的鉴定方法，API20CAUX系统、傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱（FT-IR）显微分光仪、Biolog微生物鉴定系统、5.8S-ITS扩增片段的RFLP分析和微卫星DNA多态性分析。与传统方法相比具有简便、快速、适合实验室及工业化生产过程中酵母菌的鉴定。

| Abstract: | Several methods for yeast identification were introduced in this paper,such as API 20C AUX system,Fourier-Transform Infrared Microspectroscopy,Biolog microorganism identification system,RFLP analysis of the amplification fragments of 5.8S-ITS and analysis of polymorphism of microsatellite DNA.These methods are simple,rapid and fit for yeast identification in lab or industry compared to traditional method. |
