基于CAE技术的收纳盒注塑模浇口优化设计

摘    要:为缩短产品开发周期,降低成本及提高产品质量,CAE技术越来越多地运用在注塑成型的模具设计中.利用Mo1dflow软件对收纳盒注塑成型中不同浇口位置进行流动模拟分析,预测可能存在的气泡位置和熔接痕的位置,通过比较分析结果来确定制品注塑成型中的浇口位置和数量,以确定最佳参数,可避免在模具上进行试模、修模的繁琐过程,从而为模具设计人员优化模具设计提供依据.

Abstract:In order to reduce the development cycle, cost of products and improve the quality, the CAE technology was being used more and more in plastic mold design. By using Moldflow, it provided the possibility to simulate the flow processes at different gate locations of storage-box and to predict the position of air traps and weld lines. The gate locations and numbers of plastic part in injection molding process were determined by comparing analysis results to avoid mold adjustment and mold repair. And it provided solutions for the mold designers to optimum mold design.
