摘    要:为了进一步了解黄腐酸(FA)的结构和性质,为拓宽黄腐酸在工农业领域中的应用范围打下基础,用傅里叶红外光谱、紫外-可见光光谱和固体13C交叉极化/魔角旋转核磁共振(13CCP/MAS NMR)对FA的结构进行表征.结果表明,FA的分子结构由芳香核和核外侧链构成,其中芳香碳约占54%,芳香核主要由4个芳香环构成.脂肪碳约占46%,脂肪碳的存在形式主要是含氧的五元或六元脂肪环.FA中含氧基团的含量为32.3%,主要由醌基和羟基构成,还有部分羧基.

Abstract:In order to further understand the structures and properties of fulvic acid (FA),and to laid the foundation for the broadening the applications of fulvic acid in industrial and agricultural fields,its structure was characterized by means of Fourier infrared spectroscopy (IR),UV-Visible spectroscopy and 13 C-CP/MAS nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR).In addition,fluorescent properties for FA have been also investigated.The result shows that FA molecular structure is consist of aromatic nucleus and side-chain.Aromatic nucleus is mainly composed of four aromatic ring structures,and aromatic carbon is about 54%.The aliphatic carbon is about 44%,which is six-membered or five-membered of oxygen heterocycle.The content of the oxygen groups is 32.3 % in FA,which is mainly composed of quinone and hydroxy,and a part of carboxyl group.
