摘    要:随着社会的进步以及对残疾人生活的不断关注,设计一款成本低廉、功能稳定的声控简易自动翻书机,对帮助双手残疾或者用手不便的人读书具有重大意义.本设计主要是利用负压吸附原理,并通过单片机控制电机实现翻书动作.首先进行书页模型建立及分页设计,然后进行翻书系统的总体设计,包括负压系统、机械传动系统以及电控系统.经试验及分析,该简易自动翻书机能够实现声控翻书功能,翻页成功率高,且设计可靠性高,总体性能好,价格低廉,为手部残疾者提供便利.

Abstract:Along with social progress and increasing emphasis on the life of disabled people,a low-cost stable automatic book-turning machine through voice control is needed,which could help the people with disabled hands or who have troubles with reading independently,and it is of great significance.This design is based on negative pressure adsorption principle,achieving book-turning action through single-chip microcomputer controlling a motor.Firstly,the page model of the book-turning machine system is built,and then the overall design of book-turning system is carried on,including vacuum system,power train system and electrical control system.Finally,experimental verification is carried on for this automatic book-turning machine.Through the test verification and analysis,the simple voice-controlled automatic book-turning machine with high reliability and nice performance can achieve book-turning action stably by voice control,higher success rate and lower cost,facilitating the disabled people who have trouble with reading independently.
