| 摘 要： | 晶粒的平均截距和晶粒的弗里特直径是表示晶粒尺寸的两种方式,二者间必然存在着必然的联系。本文采用了线性回归的方法对ANSI/ASTM E112-77《金属平均晶粒度测量的标准方法》中给出的不同晶粒度级别的晶粒的平均截距和弗里特直径值进行了回归分析,并从理论上进行了推导。我们认为晶粒的平均截距和弗里特直径的关系是高度显著性的线性关系。同时利用我们得到的回归方程将晶粒的弗里特直径转换成晶粒平均截距的方法是切实可行的。

| Abstract: | To indicate grain size, the average diameter and Feret's diameter are two kinds of mode. There must be certain relationship between them.In this paper the average diameter and Feret's diameter were studied with regression analyses. The results show that the relationship is linear dependence, and Feret's diameter can be transformed into the average through the regression equation. |
