摘    要:随着建筑行业的快速发展,国内的建筑安全生产形势日益严峻。为了全面识别建筑项目存在的危险因素,本文将建筑项目的全生命周期划分为可行性研究期、规划设计期、施工期、运营期四个阶段;对建筑项目生命周期的各个阶段进行危险有害因素辨识与分析,提出相应的安全管理策略,以实现建筑企业健康持续发展。

Abstract:The present safety situation becomes serious with rapid development of construction.For identifying dangerous factors in construction projects systematically,the construction project was divided into four stages based on the theory of total life cycle,including plan and design period,construction period,and the function period.Corresponding dangerous factors on each stage were identified and analyzed.The safety management strategies were put forward for realizing healthy and continued development of construction enterprise.
