| 摘 要： | 随着现代建筑安装行业重要性的不断提高,机电设备犹如建筑的心脏,其安装质量的优劣直接影响整个建筑的功能。因此加强建筑机电设备安装过程质量控制,完善安装技术管理,促进施工技术的更新和发展,提高操作人员和施工管理人员的技术水平,建立健全机电设备安装质量管理体系具有重要意义。系统论述建筑机电设备安装质量控制的四个环节和五个层面内容,明确开展建筑机电设备安装工作的实施路径,为从业者提供参考。

| Abstract: | With the improvement of importance of modern architecture installation industry,electromechanical equipment can be considered as architecture heart,of which installation quality directly affects the architecture function.So it is necessary to strengthen quality control of architecture electromechanical equipment installation process,improve the installation technical management,promote construction technology to update and develop,improve technical level of the operating personnel and construction management personnel and establish quality management system of architecture electromechanical equipment installation.Four segments and five levels contents of architecture electromechanical equipment installation were elaborated.The implementation path for architecture electromechanical equipment installation was proposed,which could be the reference for practitioners. |
