基于有限元法的钛合金半球超塑成形反吹模参数化设计

摘    要:通过分析半球类零件反吹模具型面结构特征,提出参数化设计思想;采用正交试验法,通过建立有限元模型,模拟钛合金半球正反吹超塑成形过程,分析反吹模各参数对零件壁厚分布的影响规律,证明反吹模可以有效控制零件壁厚分布均匀性,并给出反吹模优化设计方案,通过验证,此方案可以得到壁厚较为均匀的半球件。

Abstract:The parameterized design idea is used on the die reverse profile of the SPF of Ti alloy hemispherical component In orthogonal analysis FEM model is built to analyze the effect rule of reverse die profile parameters on the thickness distributing of the part.The result proves that the thickness distribution can be controlled effectively by the reverse die profile.The optimized design of the reverse die profile is given.And the thickness distribution using the optimized design is well-proportioned according to the resolution of SPF.
