| 摘 要： | 对Windows的环境做了简单介绍，并与DOS环境作了比较，阐述了Win32API在Windows环境中的功能和作用，分析了API的实现原理，说明了Windows环境中应用程序通过API和底层硬件通信的调用方法，并结合Windows串行通信的实例着重介绍了基于API接口编程方法，从而解决了在Windows环境下的串行通信问题。

| Abstract: | The environment of Windows is introduced, and compared with that of DOS. Function of Win32 API is discussed. The technology with which the applications to communicate with the hardwares of computers is expounded in Windows. The method of programming with Win32 API is illustrated with the example of serial communication in Windows. Thus the problem of serial communication is settled. |
