黄河特细砂塑性混凝土渗透性能

摘    要:为研究黄河特细砂塑性混凝土渗透性能,通过相对渗透性试验,探讨了黄河特细砂取代率(R)、水灰比(W/C)、黏土占胶凝材料的质量比(c1)和水泥占胶凝材料的质量比(c2)等因素改变时黄河特细砂塑性混凝土相对渗透系数(Kr)的变化规律。结果表明:R对黄河特细砂塑性混凝土细骨料颗粒级配影响显著,进而影响Kr;随着R增加,Kr呈减小趋势,R=25%是抗渗性能显著变化的界点,R=50%为最佳取代率;W/C显著影响抗渗性能,随着W/C增加,Kr逐渐增加;黏土及水泥掺量均对Kr有影响,Kr随c1、c2增减变化规律不尽相同;在分析试验结果的基础上,建立了多因素影响下Kr的计算模式。

Abstract:Through the relative permeability test on the truncated cone specimens of yellow river superfine sand plastic concrete (YRSSPC), effects of influencing factors including the replacement rate superfine sand (R), water-cement ratio (W/C), the percentage of clay in the cementitious material (c1) and the percentage of cement in the cementitious material (c2) upon the relative permeability coefficient of YRSSPC (Kr) were studied. The results show that R has significant effect on the grain composition of fine aggregate, and then it has effect on Kr. Kr tends to decrease as R increases. When R is over 25%, the permeability of YRSSPC is changed significantly, so 25% is the critical point. The best R is 50%. W/C has significant effect on Kr. Kr increases as W/C increases. The clay content and the cement content have effects on Kr. Kr decreases first, and then increases as c1 decreases. Kr decreases as c2 increases. Based on the experimental results, a computational model was proposed to calculate Kr of YRSSPC.
